Rehearsals are in full swing for the Menorca Charity Players' next production, 'September Follies', which will be staged in the courtyard at the rear of the Town Hall in Es Castell on Friday 17th and SaturAday 18th September. The curtain rises at 2100 hrs. and there will be a bar.
Following a similar format to previous Summer Shows, this year's production promises an evening of music, dance, fun and laughter, enhanced by members of Club Vidalba who will be performing numbers from the hit musical 'Grease' and the young members of the M.C.P. who have choreographed some dances of their own.
Tickets are on sale for 10 euros each and can be purchased at Ca'n Dulce (Chocolate Shop) in Sant Climent, Monet Hairdressing Sant Lluís, Comercial Papelera, Maó, Age Concern Shop in Es Castell, and Jimmy's Bar (next to the Fish Market) Maó. Alternatively the can be obtained via email at menorcacharityplayers@gmail.com or through any member of the Menorca Charity Players.
As always, proceeds from the show will be donated to local charities.
